What you'll do

• Establish department KPIs and manage process and product-quality audits
• supervise daily activities in accordance with SOPs
• manage temporary workforce
• coordinate shift activities and outbound directives
• maintain safety, quality, and productivity standards
• train and develop personnel
• monitor production and personnel statistics
• participate in recruiting and selection
• conduct performance reviews and corrective actions
• lead special projects as needed.
