What you'll do

• Lead 41 General Clerk III employees across MEPS sites
• monitor daily work and document turnaround
• oversee applicant packet quality
• coordinate hiring, onboarding, background investigations, and system access
• arrange coverage and report vacancies
• prepare attendance and activity reports
• conduct quarterly performance reviews with the Government
• and serve as the primary contact for the Army Contracting Officer and COR.
