What you'll do

• Respond to staff IT requests by phone, email, and in person
• troubleshoot routine desktop, laptop, mobile device, printer, and software issues
• process account, password, and access requests
• manage security and distribution group membership
• test systems after maintenance
• track vendor tickets
• document requests and resolutions
• educate users
• support equipment rollouts and software updates
• and maintain IT asset inventory. Occasional rotating after-hours work is noted.
