The role combines regulatory counseling with transaction diligence, negotiation, and practical risk-management guidance for healthcare and technology matters.

What you'll do

• Advise on HIPAA, privacy, digital health, cybersecurity, AI governance, data commercialization, technology contracts, vendor risk, incident response readiness, and compliance programs
• conduct privacy and cybersecurity diligence in M&A and private equity transactions
• assess regulatory and data risks
• negotiate deal terms and technology agreements
• manage sophisticated workstreams independently.
