What you'll do

• Verify customer purchase orders
• enter customer orders and understand order workflows
• reconcile and verify payments for open orders
• communicate and escalate customer issues across departments
• maintain customer database accuracy
• triage incoming inquiries
• handle phone and email correspondence and help resolve customer questions and concerns.
