What you'll do

• Review architectural plans, specifications, scopes, bid sheets, and project documents
• perform material and labor takeoffs
• apply current costs to estimates
• prepare bid templates, proposals, and supporting documentation
• create selection documents and supplemental drawings
• use RFMS and established estimating processes
• clarify scope with vendors, builders, and internal team members
• review bids for accuracy and completeness.
