What you'll do

• Conduct daily facility rounds to identify maintenance needs and safety concerns
• perform minor plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and cosmetic repairs
• review maintenance request logs and complete work orders
• support improvements to resident spaces
• assist with furniture moves, equipment repairs, and general maintenance
• follow safety standards, facility policies, and regulatory requirements.
