What you'll do

• Perform general electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and appliance repairs
• inspect apartments and common areas
• handle emergency repairs
• maintain equipment and vehicles
• move furniture, replenish water-softener salt, change filters, and repair machines
• follow safety and confidentiality policies
• report signs of potential abuse or neglect
• attend required in-service training.
