The role supports Marolina’s corporate offices and retail locations, helping employees, systems, devices, and stores stay connected and operate efficiently. Working with the IT Director, the administrator manages user accounts, resolves technical issues, supports retail technology, prepares equipment, and maintains IT documentation. This hands-on support helps reduce disruptions for corporate employees and retail teams and improves the reliability of technology operations.

What you'll do

• Administer Microsoft 365 and Entra ID user accounts, licenses, groups, permissions, and MFA troubleshooting
• resolve Freshdesk requests involving Windows and Mac devices, software, peripherals, and connectivity
• troubleshoot basic DHCP, DNS, VLAN, and Wi-Fi issues, including CradlePoint and Ubiquiti equipment
• support Shopify POS hardware and staff accounts
• set up and remove employee accounts and equipment
• configure and ship computers and peripherals
• maintain IT asset inventories
• create technical documentation and troubleshooting guides
• explain solutions to non-technical employees
• identify recurring issues and process improvements.
