Maintenance Technician — Apartment Community

Job overview

What you'll do

• Work with the Maintenance Supervisor to complete maintenance functions promptly
• follow up with residents, vendors, and property management on services
• respond to on-call emergencies in a timely manner
• complete and follow up on open tickets
• use maintenance tools and equipment safely
• inspect grounds, buildings, and community features daily
• participate in training and meetings
• follow fair housing, OSHA, pool, and safety standards.
