The manager leads payroll operations, controls, compliance, systems, and team development to ensure accurate and timely payroll services for employees and business leaders across U.S. payrolls, with Canadian processing support as required.

What you'll do

• Oversee payroll processing and resolve escalated issues
• maintain payroll controls and regulatory compliance
• manage tax filings, year-end reporting, audits, and records
• govern payroll systems and data
• lead and develop payroll staff
• manage provider and vendor relationships
• partner with HR, Finance, Operations, and leadership
• improve processes and report payroll metrics.
