The District Manager — Quick-Service Restaurants role is onsite in Pompano Beach, FL, with compensation of $50,000–$55,000 per year. The role oversees Jamba stores across the tri-county area and supports the company’s restaurant operations. The manager drives store performance by coaching leaders, developing talent, maintaining food safety and brand standards, and managing sales, labor, and cost controls. Regular store visits and performance reporting help align local operations with district goals.

What you'll do

• Coach upselling and suggestive selling
• review weekly sales, labor, cost of goods, local marketing, and guest satisfaction metrics
• create recovery plans for stores missing targets
• coach rollouts of add-ons and promotions
• recruit, hire, onboard, and certify general managers and shift leaders
• conduct documented bi-weekly one-on-ones
• maintain a district talent map
• verify food safety, quality, service, cleanliness, staffing, guest journey, and equipment
• track operational corrections and repairs
• review schedules against forecasts
• manage waste, FIFO practices, pars, and portioning
• complete 3–5 clustered store visits weekly across Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties
• report weekly to the Director of Operations.

Why this role

Requires proven restaurant or retail team leadership experience, a current Food Safety Manager Certification or ability to obtain it within 30 days, a valid driver’s license, and reliable personal vehicle. Bilingual English and Spanish is preferred.
