What you'll do

• Clean offices, common areas, bathrooms, floors, and apartments
• remove trash
• maintain custodial supplies
• follow chemical and equipment safety procedures
• maintain exterior grounds
• remove snow and ice
• set up and break down event spaces
• perform minor maintenance and report repairs
• assist with apartment turnovers and periodic cleaning
• maintain compliance documents and training
• be available for overtime as directed.
