What you'll do

• Assist with bathing, grooming, hygiene, dressing, toileting, mobility, transfers, and ambulation
• help with laundry, meal preparation, and basic cleaning
• provide companionship and emotional support
• follow the care plan
• observe and report changes
• provide medication and appointment reminders as permitted
• communicate with clients, families, and care team members
• document visits
• follow HIPAA, infection-control, safety, state, and agency requirements
• travel to client homes within the service area.
