What you'll do

• Coach, train, and manage Claims Examiners and Claims Assistants
• oversee staffing, caseload distribution, productivity, and work quality
• review claim evaluations, delays, denials, reserves, awards, and payments
• approve reserve changes up to $250,000 and claim payments up to $10,000 within assigned authority
• ensure compliance with New York Insurance Law Article 51, No-Fault requirements, and Regulation 68
• conduct file reviews and coordinate audits
• resolve concerns from claimants, clients, providers, and vendors
• prepare client reports and deliver claims training.
