Lifecycle Marketing Lead

The Lifecycle Marketing Lead role is available in person at Mirage’s New York City headquarters or fully remote in the United States. Compensation is $100,000 to $200,000 annually. Mirage develops AI video products, including Captions, a creative workspace for generating, editing, and designing video. The lead owns the customer lifecycle strategy and execution across onboarding, conversion, retention, and winback, building and optimizing cross-channel programs that improve subscription metrics and customer engagement in partnership with product, engineering, data science, and creative teams.

What you'll do

• Own the customer lifecycle from onboarding through winback
• define and execute the lifecycle roadmap
• build and optimize email, push, in-app, and SMS campaigns
• design experiments to improve subscription metrics
• partner with product, engineering, data science, and creative teams
• use data and AI tools to improve performance and execution.
