What you'll do

• Direct branch operations and oversee planning, scheduling, workforce allocation, equipment use, and project execution
• oversee multiple projects from bid through completion
• manage branch profit and loss, budgets, forecasts, costs, and margins
• develop business and customer relationships across the Dallas/Fort Worth market
• recruit, mentor, and develop staff
• lead safety compliance and performance
• travel throughout the Dallas/Fort Worth market and surrounding areas.
