• Complete apartment-community maintenance requests
• perform appliance, tile, drywall, HVAC, carpentry, plumbing, light electrical, painting, masonry, grounds, landscaping, and sewer maintenance
• remove snow
• work with contractors and employees
• carry out preventive maintenance
• drive company vehicles
• perform required safety practices
• be available for emergency repairs and after-hours on-call duty as required.
