What you'll do

• Ensure safe, efficient department operations
• supervise, coach, train, and develop employees
• schedule manpower and monitor production schedules
• coordinate with Customer Service, Planning, and Logistics
• ensure product and raw material availability
• monitor productivity, cost, and quality
• support regulatory compliance, investigations, and records
• participate in budget preparation and Lean or Six Sigma initiatives.
