Maintenance Technician

What you'll do

• Troubleshoot and perform electrical, drywall, painting, plumbing, and appliance repairs
• complete resident service requests within 24–48 hours of entry
• manage materials with budget constraints in mind
• maintain grounds and report hazards or lease violations
• assist with unit turns
• clean common and vacant areas
• provide customer service
• document property operations and completed work
• maintain knowledge of Fair Housing requirements
• respond immediately to on-call emergencies.
