What you'll do

• Prepare quantity takeoffs and cost estimates
• review plans, specifications, and bid documents
• use HCSS HeavyBid and related software
• solicit and negotiate subcontractor and vendor pricing
• conduct site visits as needed
• prepare proposals and support bid submissions
• track bid opportunities
• maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
