Job overview

The role helps keep complex residential projects coordinated, documented, and moving toward completion.
What you'll do
- Collect, draft, track, and distribute RFIs and submittals
- manage drawings, specifications, and contract documents
- draft subcontracts, purchase orders, and change orders
- review and forward invoices
- track lien waivers and procurement lead times
- maintain project information in Spectrum, Procore, and Dropbox
- prepare meeting notes
- flag scope or cost changes
- visit job sites
- close out subcontractor work and compile owner manuals.
