What you'll do

• Process credentialing and privileging for providers
• help new staff obtain NPIs and complete enrollment steps
• maintain credentialing information in databases and SmartCare
• enter and verify data
• support credential and license renewals
• follow up on missing information
• maintain credential files and payer practice-location information
• assist with payer portals and billing systems
• provide credentialing support to staff and executive management.
