What you'll do

• Wash, rinse, sanitize, and store dishes and kitchen equipment
• operate dishwashing equipment safely
• maintain clean dishware and organized dish areas
• clean and sanitize back-of-house spaces
• remove waste and clean spills
• replenish cleaning supplies
• support banquet, catering, culinary, and event operations
• assist with receiving and storing supplies
• follow food-safety and sanitation procedures
• complete assigned logs and report concerns.
