What you'll do

• Develop and negotiate complex contracts covering pricing, preferred terms, risk mitigation, and service-level agreements
• adapt negotiation strategies across business areas and vendor relationships
• analyze contract terms and proposals
• collaborate with stakeholders, Legal, Category Leads, subject matter experts, and vendors
• manage requests through contract workflows, due diligence, reviews, approvals, and document capture
• support consistent contracting standards and processes.
