The Certified Nursing Assistant role is onsite in Winchester, VA. Pay is $19–$22.48 per hour, with shift differentials as applicable. The position supports residents in the facility's long-term care and skilled nursing setting. The CNA provides basic nursing and daily living assistance under the direction of a licensed nurse. This work supports residents' safety, comfort, mobility, and personal care while helping the care team monitor and report changes in their condition.

What you'll do

• Provide basic nursing care and procedures under licensed nurse supervision
• assist residents with bathing, grooming, hygiene, toileting, mobility, transfers, positioning, and appointments or activities
• measure and record vital signs, heights, and weights
• empty urinary drainage bags and report irregularities
• respond to call lights and check residents who cannot call for help
• report changes in residents' conditions
• maintain cleanliness of resident areas and equipment according to infection control guidelines.
