What you'll do

• Monitor and analyze security events
• research and correlate data from multiple sources
• document and escalate incidents and communicate potential impact to clients
• work with customers to validate or resolve incidents and vulnerability compliance
• recommend system tuning and enhancements
• create basic analytic rules for approval
• support managed XDR, EDR, security awareness training, and vulnerability scanning
• analyze network traffic
• conduct recurring customer status calls
• draft SOPs as directed
• participate in an after-hours on-call rotation.

Why this role

Requires 1+ years of IT administration, help desk, or equivalent experience; basic cybersecurity knowledge; an associate of applied science degree or equivalent experience; and security-tool experience. Microsoft SC-900 is required within six months of employment and SC-300 within one year.
