What you'll do

• Provide direct care and support to students throughout the school day
• assist with daily living activities, personal care, and mobility as needed
• collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families on individualized student goals
• monitor behavior and implement positive behavioral support strategies
• document and report progress, incidents, and observations
• support a safe, inclusive classroom and school environment
• provide crisis intervention and de-escalation when necessary.
