Customer Service Representative

What you'll do

• Respond to inquiries by phone, email, website chat, and other online channels
• assist with website orders, product questions, payments, order status, bulk orders, pricing, and product availability
• monitor and follow up on online orders
• resolve customer concerns
• coordinate with warehouse and fulfillment teams
• maintain accurate customer and order information
• follow company policies and applicable laws and regulations.
