The role works across Compliance, Human Resources, Recruiting, Operations, Finance, branch leadership, and the Executive Office to support regulatory readiness and repeatable processes.

What you'll do

• Own company, branch, and loan officer licensing administration
• coordinate applications, renewals, amendments, and regulatory filings
• manage NMLS and state-system license processes
• maintain licensing calendars and controls
• support onboarding
• administer compliance training and track completion
• maintain training records and reports
• coordinate examination and audit responses
• create procedures, checklists, templates, and tracking tools.

Why this role
