Director, Site Operations

Job overview

The Director, Site Operations role is onsite in Golden, CO, with a 40-hour workweek. Compensation is $172,700 to $310,900 per year. The National Laboratory of the Rockies conducts energy systems research and development, and this role leads the site operations organization that provides infrastructure and services supporting that research.

What you'll do

• Set strategic direction and manage the Site Operations organization, site-wide budget, policies, and procedures
• lead facilities, infrastructure engineering, work planning and control, construction, campus planning, property, shipping and receiving, stockroom, grounds, transportation, and fleet functions
• oversee staff and subcontractors
• and maintain working relationships with Department of Energy organizations and reporting requirements.
