What you'll do

• Complete nursing histories and assessments
• develop individual care plans
• triage patient care
• administer medications
• assess labor progression and manage induction and cervical ripening
• monitor fetal heart activity
• respond to obstetric emergencies
• assess newborns and recognize conditions requiring heightened surveillance
• provide neonatal resuscitation within scope and certification
• educate patients and communicate status changes.

Why this role

Three 12-hour night shifts per week, 7:00 p.m.–7:30 a.m., with weekend rotation; minimum guaranteed 32 hours. Requires a current Wisconsin RN license and two-year nursing degree. BLS within one month; NRP within six months; ALSO, STABLE, and intermediate fetal monitoring within one year.
