The Driver role is onsite in Parker, CO, at $20–$21 per hour. Terra Bluffs is an assisted living and memory care community serving residents and their families.

What you'll do

• Transport residents to medical appointments, community outings, shopping trips, and scheduled events
• assist residents in and out of vehicles
• inspect community vehicles and report maintenance needs
• follow traffic laws, safety protocols, and community policies
• maintain travel logs and transport schedules
• coordinate outing logistics with the life enrichment team
• communicate with residents, families, and colleagues
• represent the community while out in the community.

Why this role

Requires a valid driver’s license and clean driving record. A CDL may be required depending on vehicle type. Previous driving experience, especially with seniors or in healthcare, is preferred.
