Enterprise Architect — Hybrid, San Jose

The Enterprise Architect role is hybrid, with onsite work expected three days a week in San Jose, CA. Compensation is $150,000–$200,000 per year. Blue Acorn iCi is a digital experience partner that designs, builds, and optimizes customer engagement and connected commerce and content solutions. The architect provides end-to-end technical leadership across application, data, integration, and infrastructure layers. The role translates business needs into scalable, secure, resilient architecture and guides systems from design through production in collaboration with business, customer, technical, and leadership stakeholders.

What you'll do

• Define and govern architecture patterns, standards, and guardrails
• translate business requirements into scalable solutions
• lead end-to-end architecture for web applications
• design cloud architectures for scalability, security, and resilience
• guide integrations, APIs, and microservices or event-driven architectures
• support CI/CD, containerization, and infrastructure-as-code
• apply data architecture and governance principles
• advise on AI/ML, LLM, or generative AI solutions
• present architecture decisions and partner with stakeholders.
