Inside Sales Representative

What you'll do

• Manage approximately 100–150 new unsold opportunities each month
• follow up by phone, text, and email
• identify reasons homeowners did not proceed and address objections
• re-engage older estimates in the CRM
• discuss pricing, financing, timing, scope, and next steps
• close roofing projects from the office
• coordinate outside-sales appointments when needed
• maintain CRM notes and follow-up tasks
• and track close rates, recovered deals, and revenue.
