What you'll do

• Greet and register guests
• make and modify reservations
• perform hotel operator and concierge duties
• complete night audit reports and balance accounts, including house accounts and credit cards
• process no-shows according to policy
• conduct at least four security walks per shift
• handle guest complaints
• perform front-desk transactions, cash control, deposits, and reservation processing
• coordinate room-status updates and repairs with other departments
• maintain key control and process lost-and-found items according to policy.
