What you'll do

• Solicit projects and generate new business
• estimate and sell commercial and residential projects
• inspect projects
• prepare bids from construction blueprints and millwork, door, and hardware plans
• work with architects, property managers, owners, contractors, suppliers, and building engineers
• attend job walks and workshops
• complete bids, proposals, change orders, and call reports
• follow up on requests for proposals
• conduct networking and marketing activities
• pursue the stated annual sales quota.
