What you'll do

• Assist with tray accuracy, including diet kits, beverages, condiments, soups, salads, and desserts
• monitor food quality on the serving line
• respond to patient diet requests and create diet cards
• operate and reconcile the cafeteria register
• maintain sanitation in cafeteria and serving areas
• stock Grab-N-Go items and stage utensils and supplies
• document patient-request updates
• deliver requested items
• complete register close-out and cash reconciliation.
