Part-Time Parts & Inventory Assistant

The Part-Time Parts & Inventory Assistant role is onsite in Williamsport, PA. Pay is $17 per hour. The schedule is Monday–Friday, 10:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m., approximately 20 hours per week. Staiman Recycling Corporation’s maintenance and parts operations are based at its Williamsport facility. The assistant receives, organizes, and tracks parts and supplies to support maintenance operations. The role maintains accurate inventory records, helps locate parts for maintenance personnel, and makes local pickups, deliveries, and company errands as needed.

What you'll do

• Receive and verify deliveries
• sort and put away parts and materials
• perform inventory cycle counts and maintain records
• pick up parts and supplies from local vendors
• drive off-site for pickups, deliveries, and company errands
• keep inventory areas organized
• help maintenance personnel locate parts
• identify and report discrepancies
• provide general parts-department support
• operate or learn to operate a forklift occasionally.
