The Active Life Coordinator — Petals Memory Care role is onsite in Lakeville, MN, with compensation of $21–$25 per hour. The schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m., with a very occasional weekend. The role supports The Waters’ mission to create a sense of community where everyone thrives. The coordinator develops and carries out activities that support residents’ social connections, meaningful interactions, joy, and life fulfillment. Activities may include exercise classes, creative arts, culinary activities, social interactions, personal engagements, and off-site excursions; the coordinator also assists residents with activities they choose, individually or in groups.
