What you'll do

• Provide IT support by phone, email, ticketing system, and in person
• troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
• assist with account access, password resets, and MFA
• set up, image, deploy, and configure workstations and peripherals
• support enterprise applications and departmental systems
• analyze root causes and address recurring issues
• document interactions and procedures
• escalate issues and collaborate with administrators, infrastructure teams, and vendors
• manage accounts, security groups, permissions, and access requests
• assist with upgrades, patching, deployments, and workstation lifecycle management
• educate users on IT policies and practices.
