What you'll do

• Advise fund sponsors and investors on continuation funds, recapitalizations, and LP portfolio sales
• support GP- and fund-level preferred equity investments and strategic sponsor transactions
• work with clients on fund structuring, secondaries, and operational matters
• collaborate with cross-border teams on multi-jurisdictional deals.
