What you'll do

• Develop multi-year global category strategy and innovation vision
• lead development of skincare technologies, actives, and formats
• build an innovation pipeline intended to drive customer acquisition
• own innovation business cases and P&L within delegated investment thresholds
• oversee cross-functional roadmap implementation, product formulation, packaging, go-to-market plans, and marketing materials
• track innovation KPIs
• manage partnerships, budgets, pricing recommendations, claims substantiation, efficacy data, and regulatory compliance
• recruit, train, and manage team members.
