Senior Mechanical Project Manager – Construction

What you'll do

• Lead mechanical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
• manage budgets, cost control, forecasts, schedules, contracts, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project logs
• oversee subcontractor and material procurement
• manage billing and collections
• staff projects and monitor productivity
• lead project meetings
• oversee closeout and final deliverables
• mentor teams
• improve project processes
• coordinate with CAD/BIM/VDC teams and support fabrication strategies.
