The Operations Team Lead – Large Pack, 1st Shift role is onsite in Jackson, TN, at 210 American Drive. Pay is $23.25 per hour and up, depending on experience. Ingram’s operations team supports distribution centers and warehouse facilities that connect people with books and other content. The team lead coordinates department workflow and supports operational and administrative activities in a production environment. The role provides direction to associates, helps maintain quality and productivity, and supports efficient fulfillment of customer commitments.

What you'll do

• Train and develop hourly associates
• serve as department contact for production-system issues
• direct associates
• ensure quality and productivity standards
• research issues and recommend solutions
• meet customer requests and deadlines
• plan and coordinate work
• coordinate workflow with other departments
• assist with policy and payroll activities. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 6:00 a.m.–2:30 p.m., with overtime when required.
