What you'll do

• Oversee kitchen and dining-room operations
• maintain food quality, presentation, service, and hospitality
• respond to resident feedback
• support menus and dietary accommodations
• lead, coach, train, and schedule associates
• manage ordering, inventory, food costs, labor expenses, and budgets
• ensure food safety, sanitation, documentation, and inspection readiness
• assist with hands-on operations when needed.
