Facilities Coordinator

Job overview

The Facilities Coordinator role is onsite in Middle River, MD, with a stated base pay range of $30–$37 per hour. Rocket Lab’s Facilities team maintains, operates, and improves the facilities used by its teams. This role supports facilities maintenance and improvement work at the Space Structures Complex by implementing maintenance software, coordinating vendors and projects, and providing administrative and reporting support.

What you'll do

• Oversee implementation of the internal CMMS through Infor LN’s service module
• enter data
• coordinate maintenance and administrative tasks
• support renovations and construction projects
• coordinate vendors and contractors
• assist with facilities plans, milestones, budgets, ticket priorities, purchase orders, receipts, expense reports, and leadership reporting.
