The Behavior Consultant / Mobile Therapist role is based in Schuylkill County, PA, with compensation of $38–$44 per billable hour and $20 per hour for non-billable time. Matrix Behavior Solutions is locally owned and operated by parents of children with autism and provides behavioral and therapeutic services to children and families. The clinician delivers individualized services to children and adolescents, develops evidence-based treatment plans, and helps coordinate a multidisciplinary team. Assessment, caregiver and school collaboration, data review, and documentation support learners’ communication, social, behavioral, emotional regulation, and coping skills.

What you'll do

• Provide individualized direct one-on-one behavioral and therapeutic services
• complete assessments through caregiver interviews and observations
• develop evidence-based Individualized Treatment Plans
• direct and supervise BHTs through behavioral skills training
• train caregivers and partner with schools
• participate in IEP and CASSP meetings
• monitor data and adjust programming
• participate in supervision, training, and team collaboration
• maintain accurate daily documentation.

Why this role

Requires a master’s degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related mental health field and at least one year of paid experience with children or adolescents. A current Pennsylvania license is required for the $44 rate; eligible unlicensed clinicians start at $38 and receive free supervision toward licensure. The posting states a start only when at least 18 hours per week of cases are ready.
