What you'll do

• Plan and supervise construction project phases
• schedule work and coordinate subcontractors, field superintendents, and craft labor
• serve as a contact for clients, permitting authorities, and utility providers
• enforce safety, quality, schedule, and regulatory requirements
• conduct site visits and review construction documents
• prepare take-offs, quotes, and estimates
• track budgets, costs, inventory, and materials
• manage change orders, completion percentages, and billing.
