What you'll do

• Provide individual therapy onsite and/or virtually
• consult with managers, people teams, and employees
• deliver tailored training and benefit-promotion events
• provide referrals
• assess risk and support crisis triage, safety planning, and follow-up
• complete management referral intakes
• track data and recommend interventions
• document services
• and maintain confidentiality and compliance.

Why this role

The schedule is three days from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. ET and two days from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. ET; Spanish and English fluency and an unrestricted Florida psychotherapy license are required.
